In my previous post i listed a few apartments that can be found at the Kenyan Coast. In this post i will list some apartments that are found in Nairobi. I must say that there has been an increase in the demand of apartments as more and more travelers to Kenya find that this is a more convenient way to enjoy their stay without having to compromise on the safety and other issues. Renting an apartment is easy and you also have control in everything where you are staying and also there are more services that are usually offered as compared to hotels.

There are many apartments in Nairobi and ultimately you will want one that offers the services that you need like Jacuzzi, Steam, WiFi Internet, good security, Electricity and water, swimming pool, Sauna, Health club facilities, Aerobic classes, Backup generator in case of power shortages and many more and so choosing the one that suits you may also be daunting task. There are also other factors that you might consider in choosing an apartment to rent in Nairobi and one of them is obviously the cost and with this i can say that they are quite costly and are even higher than if you were to rent a house.

The other thing that you also have to put into consideration is the distance that it is from where you will be commuting to - the nearer it is the better. Security is also a very important issue and you may not wish to stay at an apartment where you cannot come very late at night. Furnished apartments are ideal for a traveler who might have little or no time to shop for furniture. Most of these apartments are usually rented by expatriates who work in Nairobi but are from foreign countries.
